The “3 NOs” Principle

When EVsafe REFUSE INSTALLATION?

  • 1. Insufficient source power capacity

    The transformer station is already at full load or the source wiring cross-section is too small. We decline the connection to avoid a Blackout across your entire building.

  • 2. Serious fire-safety violation

    The parking basement is too enclosed, lacks escape routes, or the automatic fire-suppression system is broken. EVsafe absolutely will not trade lives for revenue.

  • 3. Requesting technical “shortcuts”

    The customer wants to skip the dedicated protective electrical cabinet (MCCB/RCD) or use household wiring to save costs. We respectfully decline service.

01. How do I collect charging payments from customers? Do I need to hire staff?

No staff needed. The system operates fully automatically (Unmanned). Customers scan the QR to pay, money goes to the App wallet. The system automatically reconciles revenue on the 15th & 30th of each month. See details EVsafe charging station operation model to clearly understand the cash flow.

02. I don't have 3-phase power yet; does EVsafe help apply for a power supply?

Yes. This is the most important step. EVsafe's legal team will, on behalf of the owner, prepare the technical dossier and single-line drawings to work with the power company (EVN) to apply for a commercial meter. Learn more about the charging station cost & deployment model.

03. EV battery fires are very hard to extinguish; is installing a station safe for the building?

The EVsafe charging station acts as a “smart fuse.” It cuts power immediately (<0.1s) when it detects leakage current or overheating to prevent electrical fire risk. We put operational safety & responsibility above profit.

04. Which vehicle types can the station charge?

We use international connection standards: Type 2 (for AC charging) and CCS2 (for DC charging). Compatible with 99% of EV models in Vietnam such as VinFast (VF3, VF5, e34, VF8, VF9), Hyundai Ioniq 5, Mercedes EQ, Porsche Taycan, Audi e-tron…
