Car Charging Infrastructure Grid-Grade Standard
High-capacity load system 11kW - 120kW requires a strict 3-phase wiring process. EVsafe provides the solution charging station operation absolute safety, eliminating fire and explosion risk to your property.

Choose Configuration
By parking duration
Don't “burn money” installing an expensive DC station where customers park overnight. See the EVsafe charging station solutions designed as a “tailor-made fit” for each cash flow.
Overnight Charging (AC)
Suitable for residents coming home or employees at work. Prioritizes the number of charging ports over speed. Low capital investment, easy payback.
Park 1 - 2 Hours
Fast Charging (DC)
Customers go for coffee, shopping, or dining. Add amenities to “attract” affluent EV-driving customers.
Rest stop / Taxi depot (Supercharge)
Requires a massive charging current to turn vehicles around within 15-30 minutes. Suitable for highway rest stops or Green Taxi staging lots.
Financial Transparency Down to Every Last Digit
1. Input (Cost)
EVsafe supports installing a separate 3-phase meter. The investor pays the bill directly to the power company (EVN/NPC/SPC).
2. Selling price (Revenue)
You have full authority to decide the charging price (VNĐ/kWh). EVsafe provides a tool to suggest prices by peak/off-peak hours.
3. Reconciliation (Profit)
Customers pay via App. The system reconciles automatically (T+15 or T+30). Money goes straight to your bank account.
Real-time Management Dashboard
- View revenue in real time.
- Alerts for station faults / loss of connection.
- Export tax reports automatically.
Weak electrical infrastructure Is the “death sentence” of the project
Electric cars draw an extremely large current continuously for many hours. Connecting to an ill-prepared residential system is “suicidal” for your property. See details on safety & responsibility standards that EVsafe applies.
Underground Cable Fire
When charging >4 hours, under-rated wiring overheats, melts the insulation, and causes short-circuit fires from inside the wall/ground.
Vehicle Refuses to Charge
High-end vehicles (VinFast, Audi, Porsche) will automatically cut off if they detect grounding > 10 Ohm or unstable current.

When EVsafe REFUSE INSTALLATION?
- 1. Insufficient source power capacity
The transformer station is already at full load or the source wiring cross-section is too small. We decline the connection to avoid a Blackout across your entire building.
- 2. Serious fire-safety violation
The parking basement is too enclosed, lacks escape routes, or the automatic fire-suppression system is broken. EVsafe absolutely will not trade lives for revenue.
- 3. Requesting technical “shortcuts”
The customer wants to skip the dedicated protective electrical cabinet (MCCB/RCD) or use household wiring to save costs. We respectfully decline service.
Safety is number 1. Revenue is number 2.
Deployment Process Industrial Standard
No shortcuts. No skipping steps. See details the charging station deployment process from survey to money landing in your account.
Survey & ROI
Measure spare load at the main cabinet. Build a detailed cash-flow spreadsheet & payback time.
EVN Legal
Apply for a 3-phase connection permit. Install a commercial meter or a transformer station (if needed).
Infrastructure construction
Lay underground cables, install a protective electrical cabinet, erect charging posts. Electrical safety acceptance (measure RCD, grounding).
Go-Live & Revenue
Connect the App. Hand over the Admin account. The station starts operating and generating cash flow.
* Committed to a 30-working-day schedule
Deployment Model EVsafe standard
We apply a synchronized design standard set (Modular Design). Ensuring aesthetics and technical safety. See more in the library actual deployment models.
Apartment / Apartment building configuration
Optimize the building's power grid. A resident whitelist management system to prevent strangers from charging for free.
Rest-stop station configuration
Dedicated transformer infrastructure 400kVA+. High-capacity 120kW+ charging for long-distance vehicles needing fast turnaround.
Shopping mall / Office configuration
A hybrid model. Combining fast charging for passing customers (Shopper) and slow charging for staff.
Decoding Every Doubt
The most frequently asked questions from investors before committing money.
01. How do I collect charging payments from customers? Do I need to hire staff?
02. I don't have 3-phase power yet; does EVsafe help apply for a power supply?
03. EV battery fires are very hard to extinguish; is installing a station safe for the building?
04. Which vehicle types can the station charge?
