Questions About Deployment

The questions investors & property owners ask most - answered directly, no beating around the bush.

What are the minimum conditions to install a charging station? +
The placement point needs: (1) a stable power supply (preferably a power line to the charging point ≤ 30m), (2) Wifi/4G for monitoring connectivity, (3) a dry, flood-free area. EVsafe conducts an on-site survey and provides an optimal plan based on load.
Can I install a mix of both motorbike and car charging? +
Absolutely possible. EVsafe designs central electrical cabinet separate branches: a car line (high power) and a motorbike line (low power) so their loads don't “fight” each other.
After installation, are there acceptance documents? +
Yes. EVsafe hands over a document set including: (1) technical acceptance report, (2) electrical safety test results (leakage/grounding), (3) operating instructions & warranty seal.
If the partnership ends, how are equipment & data handled? +
Upon expiration or early liquidation:
  • Data: hand over kWh history, revenue, operation logs.
  • Equipment: (1) the owner buys it back to self-operate, or (2) EVsafe dismantles/relocates and restores the site.
Is the system picky about any vehicle type? +
Compatible with most popular EVs in Vietnam.
• Motorbikes: household socket (VinFast, DatBike, Yadea…)
• Cars: Type 2 standard (the suitable configuration will be surveyed per project).
How long until it can operate & start generating revenue? +
After the survey & plan confirmation, installation time is usually 1-3 days depending on volume. Activate the system, create the QR/App, and start collecting payment right after acceptance.
Do I need to hire someone to watch over / collect payments? +
No. Customers scan the QR to pay themselves. EVsafe operates, supports customers, and handles incidents per the SLA. The site owner only needs to view reports & receive reconciliation.
