I want to set up a charging station - where do I start?
EVsafe surveys your site, electrical system, and usage needs, then proposes a plan that fits. Once agreed, our team handles installation, system configuration, and handover in the shortest time possible.
Does installing a charging station affect the existing power grid?
No. EVsafe measures your actual capacity and installs a dedicated electrical cabinet, fully separate from the building's existing power system - so the station never overloads or disrupts residents' daily life or other equipment.
How do I track charging station revenue?
Investors get an account on the EVsafe app and admin dashboard with real-time revenue tracking. Every charging session, payment, and report is transparent and can be exported at any time.
How many charging stations does my project need?
We size the system from an on-site survey: how many electric motorbikes and cars use the site, how often they charge, and how much space is available. EVsafe proposes an optimal starting scale plus an expansion plan as demand grows.
If something goes wrong, who is responsible for support?
EVsafe operates and maintains the entire system, with a support hotline at (+84) 879 558 085 ready to handle incidents. Every station is covered by OPES fire and explosion insurance, so site owners and users have complete peace of mind.
How is the cost of deploying a charging station calculated?
