Welcome to EVsafe. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the terms below. EVsafe provides turnkey EV charging station solutions including equipment, installation, operation and maintenance.

2. Services

EVsafe provides the following services:

  • Surveying and advising on EV charging station installation
  • Design, equipment supply and installation
  • 24/7 operation, monitoring and maintenance of the system
  • Revenue reconciliation and periodic reporting

3. Rights and obligations

EVsafe commits to:

  • Complying with electrical safety and fire-prevention standards
  • Maintaining equipment throughout the cooperation period
  • Reconciling revenue transparently through the IoT system
  • Taking technical responsibility as per the contract

Partners are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the premises and electrical infrastructure
  • Not making unauthorized technical interventions in the charging station system
  • Paying on time as per the contract

4. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by EVsafe and protected under Vietnamese intellectual property law.

5. Limitation of liability

EVsafe is not liable for damages arising from using the website for purposes beyond the scope of the services committed in the contract.

6. Changes to the terms

EVsafe reserves the right to update the terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Scope of EVsafe's terms of use

EVsafe's terms of use apply to all EV charging station deployment services, including: site survey, equipment installation, system operation, periodic maintenance, and revenue reconciliation. By using the services, you agree to comply with the terms below.

Rights and obligations of the parties

EVsafe commits to: supplying safety-standard equipment, installing in compliance with fire-prevention procedures, operating and maintaining 24/7, and reconciling revenue transparently via the App. The premises owner commits to: providing a stable power supply, allowing access to the installation site for maintenance, and not tampering with the equipment.

Payment and cancellation policy

Revenue from the charging station is reconciled monthly via an automated IoT system. The premises owner receives a revenue share as per the contract. To terminate the cooperation, 30 days' prior notice is required. EVsafe will remove the equipment and return the premises to their original state.

Limitation of liability

EVsafe is responsible for compensation if an incident is caused by a system technical fault. It is not liable for damages caused by: force majeure, input power faults, unauthorized third-party interference, or misuse.
