Does installing a charging station overload the building's power?

Building management's #1 fear: the main breaker tripping.

No. EVsafe uses Load balancing: when household load rises, the system automatically reduces charging power to stay stable. The goal is the main breaker never trips.

Is the system safe from fire and explosion?

A make-or-break question. The answer must “freeze” the fear.

Safety by mechanism active cut-off: leakage protection (RCD), overheat control, and auto cut-off on anomalies. In addition, EVsafe deploys according to an electrical & fire-prevention checklist before operation and has an incident-handling plan following a defined process.

Can it still charge if the Internet is down?

The worry that “network down = revenue down.”

Still chargeable. The post has a mode Offline mode temporarily stores data and re-syncs when the network is stable. It also has a backup channel (WiFi/4G) depending on the surveyed site.

Will I “lose money on electricity”?

The deal-closing questions from property owners.

No. The payment model is structured so that you recover the full electricity cost + the portion service fee. EVsafe reconciles automatically per charging session, limiting losses from manual collection.

Who do you call if a nighttime charging fault occurs?

Without a 24/7 hotline = broken experience.

EVsafe provides 24/7 remote support. Software faults are handled online quickly; serious faults will safe auto cut-off and technicians handle it per the SLA within the committed time window.

What if I want to end the partnership?

A clear exit is needed so people dare to sign.

There's a transfer/relocation option per the contract terms. The goal is won't lock you in: you can transfer the system to a new owner or relocate it to another site (depending on infrastructure configuration).
