Standard Operating Procedure
EV charging station deployment process EVsafe
Each EVsafe charging station is not installed off a mass-produced template, but deployed following a process Engineering - Operation - Safety unified for the entire system.
EVsafe does not sell loose equipment and does not let the property owner self-operate charging station. We accompany you throughout the project lifecycle.
Step 1: Survey & Confirmation
- Survey the source, load & power stability.
- Assess location safety (dry, fire safety).
- Assess vehicle traffic & accessibility.
👉 If conditions aren't met, EVsafe will not deploy.

Step 2: Pre-installation preparation
- EVsafe: Prepare IEC equipment, QR code, POSM.
- Property owner: Ensure stable power & access rights.
👉 The site owner doesn't need to prepare equipment or technical staff.
Step 3: Installation
- Fix the station securely to bear loads safely.
- Wiring inside protective conduit, ensuring aesthetics.
- Connect power, Wifi/4G.
- Attach a QR Code with usage instructions.

04
Step 4: Testing & Handover
- Real charging test (1 complete session).
- Test the auto cut-off and leakage-protection features.
- Take acceptance photos & update the system.
👉 EVsafe does not hand over the station for the site owner to operate themselves.
Step 5: Automated 24/7 operation
- User: Scan QR → Charge → Automatic payment.
- System: Automatically records revenue and status.
- Station owner: View reports & withdraw money via the App.
05
06
Step 6: Monitoring & Care
- Monitor current & temperature in real time.
- Remote fault alerting & handling.
- First week: Guide the station owner to optimize the location.
Step 7: Maintenance & Incidents
- Periodic hardware maintenance & software updates.
- Incident handling: Alert → Remote check → Technician on site.
👉 The station owner bears no technical responsibility.

“EVsafe doesn't sell standalone equipment - every charging station is deployed through a process of survey, installation, automated operation, and responsible maintenance, with technical support throughout.”
Installation questions
The most frequently asked questions before starting deployment.
How long is the total time from registration to operation?
EVsafe's ultra-fast process usually takes from 3 - 5 business days:
- Day 1: Intake & On-site survey.
- Day 2: Plan the solution & Sign the contract.
- Days 3-5: Installation & Handover (depending on the number of stations).
Does the installation cut off residential/business power?
Basically NO. Technicians will first install the independent electrical cabinet and wiring. We only need to cut the main power for about 15-20 minutes during off-peak hours (scheduled in advance with the homeowner) to perform the final connection to the main power supply.
If I decide not to install after the survey, is there a fee?
Completely FREE. Surveying and consulting are benefits for EVsafe customers. If the site doesn't meet the standard or you don't want to install right away, you don't have to pay any cost.
Does installation require a lot of wall drilling?
EVsafe prioritizes surface wiring in aesthetic conduit/trunking or running it above the plaster ceiling to minimize wall chiseling. If drilling/cutting is unavoidable (through walls/floors), we commit to patching and restoring the site to its original condition.
