Incidents usually don't come from the vehicle battery - but from electrical infrastructure cannot withstand continuous charging loads. The property owner/management board is the first group named when a fire or explosion occurs.

Step 1: Survey & Confirmation

  • Measure load, check power supply stability.
  • Assess the installation site: dry, ventilated, escape routes.
  • Estimate vehicle traffic & accessibility.

Does installing a charging station affect household/business electricity?
No “temporary tapping” into a socket. EVsafe runs a dedicated line from the main electrical cabinet, with its own CB/RCBO protection. If an incident occurs, only the charging-station line trips - the rest of the power keeps running normally.
Who pays the electricity bill? Does the property owner have to pay out of pocket?
Users pay through the system (QR/App). The revenue you receive is calculated per kWh, enough to cover your electricity bill + a service profit margin. The goal is no scenario of “covering electricity for customers”.
How long does installation take? Does it affect operations?
Small scale (under ~10 ports), usually 1-2 days after finalizing the plan & materials. Installation prioritizes “tidy - clean - quiet,” avoiding disruption to business and daily life.
If the station fails / overheats / short-circuits, who is accountable?
EVsafe is responsible for the portion of the system it deploys and operates (equipment, electrical cabinet, monitoring, maintenance). The system has an auto cut-off mechanism for anomalies, and the technical team follows a process: alert → remote check → on-site if needed.
Does EVsafe sell standalone equipment for me to install myself?
No. EVsafe provides a solution deployment + operation. If your goal is to buy “cheap equipment to wire it up yourself,” EVsafe will decline because the safety & legal risks are uncontrollable.
What minimum conditions must a site meet to be deployed?
The power supply must have sufficient capacity and be stable; the installation location must be safe, well-ventilated, and reduce the risk of short circuits/moisture; there must be access rights for construction and periodic maintenance. If the power is too weak and cannot be upgraded, EVsafe will decline to avoid power failure and fire and explosion risk.
