Business Development Collaborator
Job overview
The EVsafe Collaborator program is for anyone who wants to earn extra income by referring e-motorbike charging stations — currently Vietnam's hottest market, with millions of new e-motorbikes each year and a severe shortage of charging infrastructure. Work freely, no experience required, no KPI pressure. Especially suitable for: apartment management boards, real-estate brokers, cafe owners, parking-lot owners, e-motorbike dealers, e-motorbike communities, shippers/ride-hailing drivers and anyone with a wide network. Compensation structure: 10% commission on every successfully closed contract (no cap) Quarterly team bonus when the collaborator joins a regional team and the team hits its quarterly KPI Example: successfully referring a 10-port motorbike charging cabinet for an apartment (≈80-120 million) → 8-12 million commission/contract Large example: referring a charging-system deal for a university/industrial park (300-500 million) → 30-50 million commission/contract Active collaborators earn on average 15-40 million/month
Responsibilities
- Introduce EVsafe e-motorbike charging solutions to potential customers in your personal network (apartment management boards, shop owners, parking lots, industrial parks, schools)
- Collect information on interested customers and hand over leads to the official sales team
- Support product promotion through personal channels (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, e-motorbike communities)
- Track the progress of referred leads and help nurture them when needed
- Attend periodic online product training sessions
