About EVsafe
EVsafe • Since 2024 • Vietnam
|
Design • Install • Operate
EVsafe standardizes EV charging infrastructure with standardized installation +
multi-layer protection + monitored operation.
In a chaotic market with thousands of unregulated devices, EVsafe was born with a single mission:
Standardizing EV charging infrastructure in Vietnam.
A charging station is not just a place to supply power. It is an infrastructure “node” — where
technical safety
meets
operational efficiency.
IEC 61851 standard
Acceptance checklist
Operation monitoring
No standalone equipment sales
EVsafe • Operation Snapshot
“Looks” are secondary. Safety + operation are the core.
EVsafe designs systems to reduce “smoldering” risks (hotspots / electrical leakage / overload) and helps partners stay in control with data,
not by gut feeling.
Thermal monitoring
Detect hotspots before they become incidents.
Leakage protection
Safely disconnects when an anomaly occurs.
Handover documentation
Checklist + measurements + operation logs.
SLA support
There is a handling process, no “disappearing”.
System Mode
ONLINE
Operation-Ready
Go-live only after passing acceptance.
Policy
STRICT
No Hardware Sale
Eliminate risky DIY.

Safety standards
* The progress bar describes the “level of standardization”, not a KPI.
SLA Support
Response by process
No “disappearing” when there is an alert/incident.
Acceptance Checklist
Go-live only when passed
Checklist + measurements before going online.
Evidence Pack
Clear handover documentation
Acceptance record + operation logs + maintenance schedule.
Scope of service
EVsafe Is a System,
Not a “Device”
If you want to buy a “charger” and wire it up yourself: EVsafe is not a fit.
EVsafe exists to take responsibility for safety + operation of charging stations at real-world sites.
What EVsafe does
Turnkey deployment: Design → Installation → Acceptance → Operation
Standardized installation
Electrical cabinets, wiring, switching, protection… configured to the actual load. No “temporary hookups”.
Technical acceptance
Acceptance checklist + measurements (grounding/leakage current/joint temperature) before “Go live”.
Operation monitoring
Track station status, alert on anomalies and handle per SLA.
Data transparency
Revenue/energy/status displayed clearly for partners.
Load-based design
Thermal monitoring
Multi-layer protection
What EVsafe does not do
No standalone equipment sales • No DIY • No “install for show”
Selling “portable” chargers + self-wiring
The risk lies in the wiring + joints + electrical protection, not in the box.
Cutting protection to be cheaper
Less safety = higher incident probability = “tear down and redo”.
Skipping monitoring & operation
If you don't detect hotspots/leakage current early, you only find out when a fire happens.
* If a request falls under “what EVsafe does not do”, honest advice: don't deploy it.
Proof, not promise
Operational Proof: There Is a Process
A “good-looking” charging station is meaningless without an operating process.
EVsafe proves it with SLA + checklist + monitoring.
The 6 EVsafe-standard “Go live” steps
real-world operation
01
Survey load & current state
Measure spare load, cable routing, cabinet placement, protection plan.
02
Design the diagram & protection configuration
Choose RCBO/MCB/SPD, cable cross-section, split lines by load.
03
Standardized installation & wiring
Run wiring, tighten lugs, number the lines, arrange trays/protective conduits.
04
12-point acceptance
Measure grounding/leakage current + trip test, thermal-scan the joints.
05
Online monitoring & alerts
Control panel status, incident alerts, operation logs.
06
SLA support & periodic maintenance
Fast response + cyclical maintenance to reduce accumulated risk.
Clear SLA
Handover documentation
Safety first

What does EVsafe hand over after installation?
Not “install and done”. EVsafe hands over a document set + operation logs so partners can manage risk and responsibility.
Acceptance record
Checklist + function test + confirmation of “Go live” status.
Measurement results
Grounding / leakage current / joint temperature (at acceptance & periodically).
Operation logs & reports
Alerts, incidents, handling time, cyclical maintenance schedule.

Compliance snapshot
Standards & Documents: Something You Can Hold
An About page without compliance = empty talk. EVsafe standardizes with standards + handover documentation.
Technical standards
Focused on core standards + acceptance codes. (Details are on the in-depth page.)
IEC 61851-1 (Core)
Framework for AC/DC charging standards & system safety requirements.
TCVN (applied per category)
EVsafe deploys according to the site configuration and the corresponding acceptance categories (wiring, grounding, leakage protection…).
12-point acceptance process
The station only goes “Online” when it passes the checklist + the measurements meet the thresholds.
Handover documentation
Customers need “paperwork” to operate with confidence and work with the building/management board (when needed).
Acceptance record
Checklist + function test + go-live confirmation.
Grounding & leakage current measurement
Record parameters based on the actual conditions.
Joint thermal scan
Detect hotspots – the most dangerous “smoldering” risk.
SLA & maintenance schedule
Response commitment + periodic inspection cycle.

EVsafe's DNA
Three immutable principles that shape every technical and business decision we make.
Safety Is Life
We refuse any “cost-cutting” request if it lowers the safety margin. Equipment must meet standards, installation must follow the correct process.
Data Transparency
No “hidden fees”, no murky figures. Revenue, power-consumption metrics and charging-station status are all displayed clearly.
Real Effectiveness
We don't draw pie in the sky. Every solution is optimized for the site's actual conditions, budget and long-term operability.

Nguyễn Xuân Thời
CEO
“We cannot build a green future on a foundation
that is unsafe.”
When I started EVsafe, I saw a market flooded with unregulated charging devices and patchwork wiring systems in apartment basements.
Those are not conveniences; they are “time bombs”.
I named the brand EVsafe rather than EV-Fast or EV-Cheap.
Because for me, Safety is the only foundation for the EV industry to grow sustainably.
EVsafe pledges never to compromise on technical standards in exchange for short-term profit.
